Captioned Telephone Services

Join Lisa Furr, AZRS Outreach Coordinator & Account Manager, for live demonstrations of the latest innovations in captioned telephone technologies available through AZRS and Hamilton CapTel.

Captioned Telephone is a great solution for increasing clarity and confidence over the telephone for individuals who experience hearing loss. With Captioned Telephone, you can listen while reading word-for-word captions of what’s said to you. Provided on a variety of platforms, Captioned Telephone solutions are available for your home, office, or while on the go!

Interpreter Licensure and your Rights with Licensure

Join Emmett Hassen, ACDHH Licensing and Certification Coordinator on State Statutes and Rules on Interpreter Licensure, for this educational workshop. All are welcome to attend (individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing, community members, community Interpreters, etc…) to receive insight into the licensure rules and requirements established in the State of Arizona.

Sign Language Interpreters and light refreshments will be provided by AZRS and ACDHH.
